Christ Michael's Concept of the Kingdom of Heaven is his conceptual teachings on the Way of God Authority, the Truth of Personality Authorship, and the Life of Progressive Association, Righteousness, and Ascendancy.

The Master makes it clear that the kingdom of heaven must begin with, and be centered in, the dual concept of the truth of the fatherhood of God and the correlated fact of the brotherhood of man. 

The acceptance of such a teaching, Michael declares, would liberate man from the age-long bondage of animal fear and at the same time enrich human living with the following endowments of the new life of spiritual liberty:

1. The possession of new courage and augmented spiritual power. The gospel of the kingdom is to set man free and inspire him to dare to hope for eternal life.

2. The gospel carries a message of new confidence and true consolation for all men, even for the poor.

3. It is in itself a new standard of moral values, a new ethical yardstick wherewith to measure human conduct. It portrays the ideal of a resultant new order of human society.

4. It teaches the pre-eminence of the spiritual compared with the material; it glorifies spiritual realities and exalts superhuman ideals.

5. This new gospel holds up spiritual attainment as the true goal of living. Human life receives a new endowment of moral value and divine dignity.

6. Michael teaches that eternal realities are the result (reward) of righteous earthly striving. Man’s mortal sojourn on earth acquires new meanings consequent upon the recognition of a noble destiny.

7. The new gospel affirms that human salvation is the revelation of a far-reaching divine purpose to be fulfilled and realized in the future destiny of the endless service of the salvaged sons and daughters of God.

The Master distinctly teaches a new concept of the double nature of the kingdom in that he portrays the following two phases:

First. The kingdom of God in this world, the supreme desire to do the will of God, the unselfish love of man which yields the good fruits of improved ethical and moral conduct.

Second. The kingdom of God in heaven, the goal of mortal believers, the estate wherein the love for God is perfected, and wherein the will of God is done more divinely.”

Michael teaches that, by faith, the believer enters the kingdom now. In his various discourses he teaches that two things are essential to faith-entrance into the kingdom:

1. Faith, sincerity. To come as a little child, to receive the bestowal of sonship as a gift; to submit to the doing of the Father’s will without questioning and in the full confidence and genuine trustfulness of the Father’s wisdom; to come into the kingdom free from prejudice and preconception; to be open-minded and teachable like an unspoiled child.

2. Truth hunger. The thirst for righteousness, a change of mind, the acquirement of the motive to be like God and to find God.

Michael teaches that sin is not the child of a defective nature but rather the offspring of a knowing mind dominated by an unsubmissive will. Regarding sin, he teaches that God has forgiven; that we make such forgiveness personally available by the act of forgiving our fellows. When you forgive your fellows in the flesh, you thereby create the capacity in your own soul for the reception of the reality of God’s forgiveness of your own misdeeds.

Michael impresses upon his apostles and disciples that they must acquire, by faith, a righteousness which would exceed the righteousness of ephemeral works of appearance, and so, not to parade vaingloriously any acts before the world.

Though Michael teaches that faith, simple childlike belief, is the key to the door of the kingdom, he also teaches that, having entered the door, there are the progressive steps of righteousness which every believing child must ascend in order to grow up to the full stature of the robust sons of God.

It is in the consideration of the technique of receiving God’s forgiveness that the attainment of the righteousness of the kingdom is revealed. Faith is the price you pay for entrance into the family of God; but forgiveness is the act of God which accepts your faith as the price of admission. 

And the reception of the forgiveness of God by a kingdom believer involves a definite and actual experience and consists in the following four steps, the kingdom steps of inner righteousness:

1. God’s forgiveness is made actually available and is personally experienced by man just in so far as he forgives his fellows.

2. Man will not truly forgive his fellows unless he loves them as himself.

3. To thus love your neighbor as yourself is the highest ethics.

4. Moral conduct, true righteousness, becomes, then, the natural result of such love.

It therefore is evident that the true and inner religion of the kingdom unfailingly and increasingly tends to manifest itself in practical avenues of social service. Michael teaches a living religion that impels its believers to engage in the doing of loving service. But Michael does not put ethics in the place of religion. He teaches religion as a cause and ethics as a result.

The righteousness of any act must be measured by the motive; the highest forms of good are therefore unconscious. Michael is never concerned with morals or ethics as such. He is wholly concerned with that inward and spiritual fellowship with God the Father which so certainly and directly manifests itself as outward and loving service for humankind. 

Michael teaches that the religion of the kingdom is a genuine personal experience which no one can contain within themself; that the consciousness of being a member of the family of believers leads inevitably to the practice of the precepts of the family conduct, the service of one’s brothers and sisters in the effort to enhance and enlarge the brotherhood.

The religion of the kingdom is personal, individual; the fruits, the results, are familial, social. Michael never fails to exalt the sacredness of the individual as contrasted with the community. But he also recognizes that man develops his character by unselfish service; that he unfolds his moral nature in loving relations with his fellows.

By teaching that the kingdom is within, by exalting the individual, Michael strikes the deathblow of the old society in that he ushers in the new dispensation of true social righteousness. 

This new order of society the world has little known because it has refused to practice the principles of the gospel of the kingdom of heaven. 

And when this kingdom of spiritual pre-eminence does come upon the earth, it will not be manifested in mere improved social and material conditions, but rather in the glories of those enhanced and enriched spiritual values which are characteristic of the approaching age of improved human relations and advancing spiritual attainments.

The Everlasting God of the New Christians

My Holy Comforter Spirit of Truth

The new helper which I had promised to send into the hearts of believers , so have I fulfilled for all as It is now poured out upon all flesh. It is my Personal Spiritual Force of the Spirit of Truth Holy Comforter. This divine endowment is not the letter or law of truth, neither is it to function as the form or expression of truth. The new everywhere present teacher is the conviction of truth, the consciousness and assurance of true meanings on real spirit levels. And this new teacher is the spirit of living and growing truth, expanding, unfolding, and adaptative truth.

Divine truth is a spirit-discerned and living reality. Truth exists only on high spiritual levels of the realization of divinity and the consciousness of communion with God.

You can know the truth, and you can live the truth; you can experience the growth of truth in thine developing and emerging soul and enjoy the liberty of its enlightenment in the mind, but you cannot imprison truth in formulas, codes, creeds, or intellectual patterns of human conduct.

When you undertake the human formulation of divine truth, it speedily dies. The post-mortem salvage of imprisoned truth, even at best, can eventuate only in the realization of a peculiar form of intellectualized glorified wisdom.

Static truth is dead truth, and only dead truth can be held as a theory. Living truth is dynamic and can enjoy only an experiential existence in the human mind.

Intelligence grows out of a material existence which is illuminated by the presence of the cosmic mind.

Wisdom comprises the consciousness of knowledge elevated to new levels of meaning and activated by the presence of the universe endowment of the adjutant of wisdom.

Truth is a spiritual reality value experienced only by spirit-endowed beings who function upon supermaterial levels of universe consciousness, and who, after the realization of truth, permit its spirit of activation to live and reign within their souls.

The true child of universe insight looks for the living Spirit of Truth in every wise saying. The God-knowing individual is constantly elevating wisdom to the living-truth levels of divine attainment; the spiritually unprogressive soul is all the while dragging the living truth down to the dead levels of wisdom and to the domain of mere exalted knowledge.

The golden rule, when divested of the superhuman insight of the Spirit of Truth, becomes nothing more than a rule of high ethical conduct.

The golden rule, when literally interpreted, may become the instrument of great offense to one’s fellows. Without a spiritual discernment of the golden rule of wisdom you might reason that, since you are desirous that all men speak the full and frank truth of their minds to you, you should therefore fully and frankly speak the full thought of your mind to your fellow beings.

Such an unspiritual interpretation of the golden rule might result in untold unhappiness and no end of sorrow.

Some persons discern and interpret the golden rule as a purely intellectual affirmation of human fraternity. Others experience this expression of human relationship as an emotional gratification of the tender feelings of the human personality.

Another mortal recognizes this same golden rule as the yardstick for measuring all social relations, the standard of social conduct. Still others look upon it as being the positive injunction of a great moral teacher who embodied in this statement the highest concept of moral obligation as regards all fraternal relationships. In the lives of such moral beings the golden rule becomes the wise center and circumference of all their philosophy.

In the kingdom of the believing brotherhood of God-knowing truth lovers, this golden rule takes on living qualities of spiritual realization on those higher levels of interpretation which cause the mortal sons of God to view this injunction of the Master as requiring them so to relate themselves to their fellows that they will receive the highest possible good as a result of the believer’s contact with them.

This is the essence of true religion: that you love your neighbor as yourself.

But the highest realization and the truest interpretation of the golden rule consists in the consciousness of the spirit of the truth of the enduring and living reality of such a divine declaration.

The true cosmic meaning of this rule of universal relationship is revealed only in its spiritual realization, in the interpretation of the law of conduct by the spirit of the Son to the spirit of the Father that indwells the soul of mortal man.

And when such spirit-led mortals realize the true meaning of this golden rule, they are filled to overflowing with the assurance of citizenship in a friendly universe, and their ideals of spirit reality are satisfied only when they love their fellows as I Michael love you all, and that is the reality of the realization of the love of God.

This same philosophy of the living flexibility and cosmic adaptability of divine truth to the individual requirements and capacity of every son and daughter of God, must be perceived before you can hope adequately to understand my teaching and practice of nonresistance to evil.

My teaching is basically a spiritual pronouncement. Even the material implications of his philosophy cannot be helpfully considered apart from their spiritual correlations.

The spirit of my injunction consists in the nonresistance of all selfish reaction to the universe, coupled with the aggressive and progressive attainment of righteous levels of true spirit values: divine beauty, infinite goodness, and eternal truth—to know God and to become increasingly like him.

Love, unselfishness, must undergo a constant and living readaptative interpretation of relationships in accordance with the leading of the Spirit of Truth.

Love must thereby grasp the ever-changing and enlarging concepts of the highest cosmic good of the individual who is loved. And then love goes on to strike this same attitude concerning all other individuals who could possibly be influenced by the growing and living relationship of one spirit-led mortal’s love for other citizens of the universe.

And this entire living adaptation of love must be effected in the light of both the environment of present evil and the eternal goal of the perfection of divine destiny.

And so must we clearly recognize that neither the golden rule nor the teaching of nonresistance can ever be properly understood as dogmas or precepts. They can only be comprehended by living them, by realizing their meanings in the living interpretation of the Spirit of Truth, who directs the loving contact of one human being with another.

And all this clearly indicates the difference between the old religion and the new. The old religion taught self-sacrifice; the new religion teaches only self-forgetfulness, enhanced self-realization in conjoined social service and universe comprehension.

The old religion was motivated by fear-consciousness; the new gospel of the kingdom is dominated by truth-conviction, the spirit of eternal and universal truth. And no amount of piety or creedal loyalty can compensate for the absence in the life experience of kingdom believers of that spontaneous, generous, and sincere friendliness which characterizes the spirit-born sons of the living God.

Neither tradition nor a ceremonial system of formal worship can atone for the lack of genuine compassion for one’s fellows.

Michael's Teaching About the Kingdom

Christ Michael never gives a precise definition of the kingdom. At one time he discourses on one phase of the kingdom, and at another time he discusses a different aspect of the brotherhood of God’s reign in the hearts of men. 

In the course of one afternoon’s sermon Christ Michael noted no less than five phases, or epochs, of the kingdom, and they were:

1. The personal and inward experience of the spiritual life of the fellowship of the individual believer with God the Father.

2. The enlarging brotherhood of gospel believers, the social aspects of the enhanced morals and quickened ethics resulting from the reign of God’s spirit in the hearts of individual believers.

3. The supermortal brotherhood of invisible spiritual beings which prevails on earth and in heaven, the superhuman kingdom of God.

4. The prospect of the more perfect fulfillment of the will of God, the advance toward the dawn of a new social order in connection with improved spiritual living—the next age of man.

5. The kingdom in its fullness, the future spiritual age of light and life on earth.

Wherefore must we always examine the Master’s teaching to ascertain which of these five phases he may have reference to when he makes use of the term kingdom of heaven. By this process of gradually changing man’s will and thus affecting human decisions, Michael and his associates are likewise gradually but certainly changing the entire course of human evolution, social and otherwise.

The Master on this occasion placed emphasis on the following five points as representing the cardinal features of the gospel of the kingdom:

1. The pre-eminence of the individual.

2. The will as the determining factor in man’s experience.

3. Spiritual fellowship with God the Father.

4. The supreme satisfactions of the loving service of man.

5. The transcendency of the spiritual over the material in human personality.

A menos que vosotros nazcáis de nuevo, no podréis entrar en el Reino de la Eternidad. Y seguiréis siendo criaturas materiales en el vestíbulo mortal de la vida planetaria durante las edades venideras.

 

A menos que nazcáis del agua de la Luz Absoluta y del Conocimiento Eterno y de la Fe Comprensiva del Camino del Padre... y a menos que, entonces, vosotros avancéis hacia arriba y nazcáis una vez más del espíritu del Amor y de la Vida... no veréis de ninguna manera el Reino de Dios. 

 

Vuestra mente material avanzará hacia el receptáculo más fino de la vestimenta del alma desde las vestiduras materiales de vuestra mente basada en lo relativo y vuestra vida mortal.

 

Lo que nace de la carne es de la carne y permanecerá efímero de la carne. 

 

Lo que nace del espíritu es espíritu, y como tal, se eterniza, evoluciona, se ennoblece, y se embriaga con prioridad y propósito,  y pureza y perseverancia. 

 

Y esta naturaleza e identidad espiritual recién madurada en vosotros se desarrollará a medida que os elevéis hacia nuestra Asociación Universal.

 

Porque Yo soy Michael de este Universo de Nebadon quien os habla ahora. Vengo a vuestra consciencia y visión... para que nuestra eterna relación religiosa crezca y os despierte. 

 

Que vosotros seréis gradualmente acelerados hacia la dedicación y la devoción .. el discernimiento y el discipulado .. la declaración y la decisión de avanzar Conmigo.

 

En verdad, en verdad Yo os digo, amigos y escépticos, que Yo soy el verdadero pastor; conozco a los míos y los míos me conocen a mí. 

 

No huiré ante el peligro. Terminaré este servicio del cumplimiento de la voluntad de mi Padre en este vuestro siglo XXI, y no abandonaré el rebaño de reinos de vida que el Padre ha confiado a mi custodia -humanos, animales, electrones, elementales, naturaleza y ángeles... todos los que están dentro de la tierra, y que están bajo mi Cuidado del Universo.

 

Sin embargo, siempre Yo os he dicho que tengo muchas otras ovejas que no son de este redil planetario, por lo que estas mis palabras son verdaderas no sólo de este mundo .. sino de millones de otros mundos planetarios .. civilizaciones que están alcanzando la Luz y avanzando hacia el Amor Eterno. 

 

Estas otras ovejas también oyen y conocen mi voz, y he prometido al Padre en mi Responsabilidad Universal que todas ellas serán llevadas a un solo redil, una hermandad... de hermanos y hermanas...de los hijos e hijas de Dios. 

 

Y entonces... todos vosotros conoceréis la voz del Único Pastor de Nebadon y nuestros vecinos en sus universos locales con otros de mi Orden de Michael.

 

El verdadero pastor Soy yo .. y haré las obras de mi Padre Dios .. en las que todos reconocerán, aceptarán y adorarán la Paternidad Divina de Dios.

 

Cada personalidad individual que se alinea Conmigo y cree en mi evangelio .. cada uno será como Mis pastores quienes buscan servir a todos.

 

Yo digo que cualquiera que intente entrar en el redil sin Mí, fracasará, y las ovejas que vagan y se rebelan en el mal y las iniquidades no oirán mi voz. 

 

Yo soy la puerta de la Eternidad para nuestro Universo de Nebadon...

 

Cada alma que entre en el camino eterno por los medios que he creado y diseñado,  y ordenado será salvada para la gloria más completa de nuestro Universo .. y podrá seguir hasta la consecución de los pastos eternos del Paraíso.

Mine Gospel Declarations unto Thee

When you leave behind thine immaturity and thine inner psychological things that shall not  follow you into truth and ennoblement .. then shall you know peace, progression, purpose, purity, and prosperity. 

He and she who sincerely desire freedom from all the unnecessary constraints of the world .. and who desire to enter the Kingdom of the Heavens .. they shall enter it with their wholehearted choices and decisions .. their upheld character and constitution.

You who would follow after me from this time on, must be willing to pay the price of wholehearted dedication to the doing of my Father’s will. 

If you would be my disciples, you must be willing to forsake father, mother, wife, children, brothers, and sisters. 

If any one of you would now be my disciple, you must be willing to give up even your life just as the Son of Man is offering up his universal life by coming amongst you for a time; for the ongoing completion of my earthly mission, so shall I showeth thee the Way of God Authority, the Truth of Personal Authorship, and the Life of Progressive Ascendancy into Light and life.

The doing of the Father’s will on earth and in the flesh shall require the all of everything from you.

If you are not willing to pay the full price, you can hardly be my disciple. Before you go further, you should each sit down and count the cost of being my disciple. 

Which one of you would undertake to build a new home upon the land which you've recently  purchased without first sitting down to count up the cost to see whether you had money enough to complete it? 

If you fail thus to reckon the cost, after you have laid the foundation, you may discover that you are unable to finish that which you have begun, and therefore will all your neighbors mock you, saying, ‘Behold, this man .. this woman .. hath begun to build but was unable to finish their work.'

Again, what business person, when they prepare to enter their chosen marketplace does not first sit down and take counsel as to whether they will be able, even with ten thousand workers, to meet the demands of his choice .. to confront his chosen marketplace because she or he is unprepared is an act of foolishness and immaturity; for they shall bow out of their aspirations realizing their shortcomings and inadequacies.

Now, then, must each of you sit down and count the cost of being my disciple. From now on you will not be able to follow after us, listening to the teaching and beholding the works; you will be required to face bitter inner and outer persecutions and confrontations ..  as you bear witness for this gospel in the face of crushing disappointments and overwhelming odds of success.

If you are unwilling to renounce all that you are .. and to dedicate all that you have .. then are you unworthy to be my disciple. 

If you have already conquered thyself within your own heart, if you have deliberately decided to confront and reveal your falseness and lesser nature .. then ye shall have no need for doubt and fear .. you need have no fear of that outward victory which you must presently gain when the Son of Man comes to thwart all the falsehood in thee .. when you feel hopelessly guilty for thine errors .. and when you believe yourself to be one who is rejected and criticized and destabilized in every way.

Now should you examine yourself to find out your motive for being my disciple. If you seek honor and glory, if you are worldly minded, you are like the salt when it has lost its savor. 

And when that which is valued for its saltiness has lost its savor, wherewith shall it be seasoned? Such a person is useless as a disciple; they are fit only to be cast out amongst the worldly minded who have not the will nor the character and courage to face themselves and to elevate all things for me.

Now that I have warned you to turn back to your homes in peace if you are not willing to drink with me the cup of dying to the little selfhood .. of the uprising of your inner rebelliousness which is a natural occurrence .. a normal attribute of the eternalizing of thyselves unto the infinite light with me. 

Again and again during the 1st century and presently today have I told you that my kingdom is not of this world, and only now at this juncture of the 21st century are you more capable and open to hear .. more willing to understand and believe .. in my faith gospel of everlasting truth and individual liberty.

He who hath the ears to hear let him hear mine gospel instruction .. she who hath the eyes of faith and love for God shall see and perceive what I sayeth unto thee mine children.

Mine children of Nebadon .. there is a light that shines with no shadow but with an exquisite essence unknown to mortals .. an indescribable joy and an unspeakable praise ye shall discover in and with this one light of the universes.

And as you reach for this ineffable light of God the First Source and Center .. a glory unsurpassable shall touch thee .. and ye shall becometh quickened unto ever greater awareness, aliveness, and life .. an unfading happiness and an impossible to describe glory shall emerge .. an immeasurable rest shall flood thine existence; for you are touching the hem of Infinity with Me.

The Orvonton Commission

I portray the profound surety of the God-knowing mortal when I sayeth unto thee .. that to a God-knowing kingdom believer with a heart overflowing with faith trust .. what does it matter if all things within thine earthly society falls apart?" 

Temporal securities are truly dynthetic and articial .. they do not last .. they are vulnerable, yet spiritual sureties and certainties are impregnable and unchangeable and as such, they can be relied upon. 

I say unto you .. build thine life mortal upon the  solid rock of the Spirit Life...

When the flood tides of human adversity, selfishness, cruelty, hate, malice, and jealousy beat about the mortal soul, you may look carefully within to perceive their roots and ye shall findeth thine rest in the assurance that there is one inner bastion, the citadel of the spirit, which is absolutely unassailable; this is true of every human being who hath dedicated the keeping of their personality soul unto the indwelling spirit of the eternal God.

After such spiritual attainment, whether secured by gradual growth or specific crisis, there occurs a new orientation of personality .. a new creature emerges .. as well as the development of a new standard of meanings and values and vision. 

Such spirit-born individuals are so remotivated in life that they can calmly stand by while their fondest ambitions perish and their keenest hopes crash; they positively know that such catastrophes are but the redirecting cataclysms which wreck one's temporal creations preliminary to the rearing of the more noble and enduring realities of a new and more sublime level of universe attainment.

“Our Father Mother Existence who lives throughout the heaven of heavens dwelling as an everywhereness . . . 

“Hallowed and holy be your Ideal of Existence so that your name is perpetually upon our every faculty as we consecrate our total persona unto you, Father of Life. 

“Your kingdom is everywhere in everything and one day as everyone; your will be done that we discover your strength and courage and the faith conviction necessary to persevere with our full determination and our great effort. 

“May thy will of Order and Harmony be achieved upon the earth as it is gradually unfolding throughout the heaven of heavens. 

“Give us this day the knowledge to extend your existence, and feed us thine bread of understanding that we shall become arisen in your existence and accomplishing our destiny with you in eternity.

“Save us with the right intellectual intelligence, the recognition of your goodness and glory, so that we are elevated beyond the temptations of the senses and the material body. 

“Let us become delivered from our own self-perpetuated evil and any disloyalty that we’ve set into motion by our strengthening discernment. Increasingly and progressively each day, let us decide to stand loyal with you, oh God our Father, that we find your eternal value, your everlasting vision of eternal life, and that we give ourselves day by day to your perfection in each moment.

The Incontrovertible and Uncontestable One

Thou Michael Of Nebadon Worldwide City Fellows who aspire to touch the hem of Mine Robe of Glory .. the Everlasting Truth which ye shall partake of with Me .. they who are asserting their inalienable sovereign rights as a unique child of existence .. who are daily elevating themselves unto the higher uses of the given endowment of their faculties and powers for accelerating themselves unto the higher impulses and ennobling urges and eternalizing desires .. they who strive for the accomplishment of the ages in accessing in their mind and heart the greater understanding and the much sought after and needed discernment in order to maketh choices which grow themselves unto the heaven of heavens...

A great difference exists between the unwavering and imperishable personal creations of God aligned individuals who create within the harmony of Godly qualified attitudes and attributes .. and those humanly impulsed erroneously upheld misqualities of all attitudes and attributes and qualities and activities of disharmony put forth by the hand of short-sighted human mortal thought .. the personal creations of evil and iniquity which shall perish in the sight of the Ineffable Glory of the One Parenthood of God. 

I tell thee. . everything that cometh from out of the perishable and the imperfect shall perish .. for it comes from the imperfect perishable and the imperfect thought and mind of misalignment and misunderstanding. 

Yet do I say unto you .. whatsoever is brought forth from out of the more Perfect Imperishable and Unchangeable Reality of the Father shall never perish .. it shall be an inexhaustible sustenance unto you .. a nourishment lifting you unto spheres as yet unknown by your race .. it shall underpin you, support you, nourishing thine highest impulses .. all thine efforts for soul advancement unto the many indescribable worlds of light and life .. and these creations of thoughts and feelings shall become imperishable whilst raising you into our Universe Association.

Stand Forth in Righteousness

Thou fellows of Michael Of Nebadon Worldwide City...

And even you who fail now to comprehend what I have been saying .. I shall maketh all things new for thee only as you give yourselves completely in loving dedication and wholehearted faith to the Father's Adjuster Life in you.

Have I not all this time taught you that your connection with the kingdom is spiritual and individual, wholly a matter of personal experience in the spirit by the faith-realization that you are a son of God? 

What more shall I say? The downfall of nations, the manifestation of pandemics, the crash of empires, the destruction of the unbelieving ones, the end of an age, even the end of the world, what have these things to do with one who believes this gospel, and who has hid his life in the surety of the eternal kingdom? 

You who are God-knowing and gospel-believing have already received the assurances of eternal life. 

Since your lives have been lived in the spirit and for the Father, nothing can be of serious concern to you. 

Kingdom builders, the accredited citizens of the heavenly worlds, are not to be disturbed by temporal upheavals or perturbed by terrestrial cataclysms. 

What does it matter to you who believe this gospel of the kingdom if nations overturn, the age ends, or all things visible crash, since you know that your life is the gift of the Son, and that it is eternally secure in the Father? 

Having lived the temporal life by faith and having yielded the fruits of the spirit as the righteousness of loving service for your fellows, you can confidently look forward to the next step in the eternal career with the same survival faith that has carried you through your first and earthly adventure in sonship with God.

Each generation of believers should carry on their work, in view of the return of the Son of Man at this time of the 21st century, exactly as each individual believer carries forward his lifework in view of inevitable and ever-impending natural death. 

When you have by faith once established yourself as a son of God .. a daughter of God, nothing else matters as regards the surety of survival. 

But make no mistake! this survival faith is a living faith, and it increasingly manifests the fruits of that divine spirit which first inspired it in the human heart. That you have once accepted sonship and daughtership in the heavenly kingdom will not save you in the face of the knowing and persistent rejection of those truths which have to do with the progressive spiritual fruit-bearing of the sons of God in the flesh. 

You who have been with me in the Father’s business on earth at this more midern time can even now desert the kingdom if you find that you love not the way of the Father’s service for humankind.

I sayeth .. continue to see and to penetrate thyselves. Stand forth in righteousness. Aruse in your character growth. Stir thyselves in consciousness. The Kingdom of Love and Reality hath a grace and generosity for all, yet she and he who give themselves to its demands for purity and truth .. they shall stand equipped to receive of the Father and I.

The Celestial Revelatory Corps

The enlightened worlds all recognize and worship the Universal Father, the eternal maker and infinite upholder of all creation. The will creatures of universe upon universe have embarked upon the long, long Paradise journey, the fascinating struggle of the eternal adventure of attaining God the Father. 

The transcendent goal of the children of time is to find the eternal God, to comprehend the divine nature, to recognize the Universal Father. God-knowing creatures have only one supreme ambition, just one consuming desire, and that is to become, as they are in their spheres, like him as he is in his Paradise perfection of personality and in his universal sphere of righteous supremacy. 

From the Universal Father who inhabits eternity there has gone forth the supreme mandate, “Be you perfect, even as I am perfect.” 

In love and mercy the messengers of Paradise have carried this divine exhortation down through the ages and out through the universes, even to such lowly animal-origin creatures as the human races of Urantia.

This magnificent and universal injunction to strive for the attainment of the perfection of divinity is the first duty, and should be the highest ambition, of all the struggling creature creation of the God of perfection. 

This possibility of the attainment of divine perfection is the final and certain destiny of all man’s eternal spiritual progress.

Urantia mortals can hardly hope to be perfect in the infinite sense, but it is entirely possible for human beings, starting out as they do on this planet, to attain the supernal and divine goal which the infinite God has set for mortal man; and when they do achieve this destiny, they will, in all that pertains to self-realization and mind attainment, be just as replete in their sphere of divine perfection as God himself is in his sphere of infinity and eternity. 

Such perfection may not be universal in the material sense, unlimited in intellectual grasp, or final in spiritual experience, but it is final and complete in all finite aspects of divinity of will, perfection of personality motivation, and God-consciousness.

This is the true meaning of that divine command, “Be you perfect, even as I am perfect,” which ever urges mortal man onward and beckons him inward in that long and fascinating struggle for the attainment of higher and higher levels of spiritual values and true universe meanings. 

This sublime search for the God of universes is the supreme adventure of the inhabitants of all the worlds of time and space.

Regeneration

I say to you, she who rules her own selfhood is greater than she who captures a city .. more noble than she who achieves world recognition .. and vastly better than she who advances upon the world stage.

In the old order you fasted and prayed; as the new creature of the rebirth of the spirit, you are taught to believe and rejoice. In the Father’s kingdom you are to become new creatures; old things are to pass away; behold I show you how all things are to become new. And by your love for one another you are to convince the world that you have passed from bondage to liberty, from death into life everlasting.

By the old way you seek to suppress, obey, and conform to the rules of living; by the new way you are first transformed by the Spirit of Truth and thereby strengthened in your inner soul by the constant spiritual renewing of your mind, and so are you endowed with the power of the certain and joyous performance of the gracious, acceptable, and perfect will of God. Forget not—it is your personal faith in the exceedingly great and precious promises of God that ensures your becoming partakers of the divine nature.

Thus by your faith and the spirit’s transformation, you become in reality the temples of God, and his spirit actually dwells within you. 

If, then, the spirit dwells within you, you are no longer bondslaves of the flesh but free and liberated sons of the spirit. 

The new law of the spirit endows you with the liberty of self-mastery in place of the old law of the fear of self-bondage and the slavery of self-denial.

Many times, when you have done evil, you have thought to charge up your acts to the influence of the evil one when in reality you have but been led astray by your own natural tendencies. Did not the Prophet Jeremiah long ago tell you that the human heart is deceitful above all things and sometimes even desperately wicked? 

How easy for you to become self-deceived and thereby fall into foolish fears, divers lusts, enslaving pleasures, malice, envy, and even vengeful hatred!

Salvation is by the regeneration of the spirit and not by the self-righteous deeds of the flesh. 

You are justified by faith and fellowshipped by grace, not by fear and the self-denial of the flesh, albeit the Father’s children who have been born of the spirit are ever and always masters of the self and all that pertains to the desires of the flesh. 

When you know that you are saved by faith, you have real peace with God. And all who follow in the way of this heavenly peace are destined to be sanctified to the eternal service of the ever-advancing sons of the eternal God. 

Henceforth, it is not a duty but rather your exalted privilege to cleanse yourselves from all evils of mind and body while you seek for perfection in the love of God.

Your sonship is grounded in faith, and you are to remain unmoved by fear. 

Your joy is born of trust in the divine word, and you shall not therefore be led to doubt the reality of the Father’s love and mercy. It is the very goodness of God that leads men into true and genuine repentance. Your secret of the mastery of self is bound up with your faith in the indwelling spirit, which ever works by love. 

Even this saving faith you have not of yourselves; it also is the gift of God. And if you are the children of this living faith, you are no longer the bondslaves of self but rather the triumphant masters of yourselves, the liberated sons of God.

If, then, my children, you are born of the spirit, you are forever delivered from the self-conscious bondage of a life of self-denial and watchcare over the desires of the flesh, and you are translated into the joyous kingdom of the spirit, whence you spontaneously show forth the fruits of the spirit in your daily lives; and the fruits of the spirit are the essence of the highest type of enjoyable and ennobling self-control, even the heights of terrestrial mortal attainment—true self-mastery.
